Terms of Service

To use Gold Standard Dynasty, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be legally capable of entering a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and truthful registration information
• Reside in a jurisdiction where fantasy sports participation is lawful

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access for failure to meet eligibility requirements.

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity conducted under your account
• Keeping account information accurate and current

We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

You agree not to:

• Cheat, collude, or engage in fraudulent behavior
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or security flaws
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract platform data or code
• Use bots, scripts, or automation without authorization
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate gameplay
• Post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive content
• Use the Services to host, manage, facilitate, or enforce any financial wager, entry fee, prize distribution, cash league, or side-bet

Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

Gold Standard Dynasty supports:

• Private Leagues
• Public / Legacy Leagues

Users are responsible for understanding league rules, scoring systems, platform fees, and commissioner authority.

4.1 No Gambling, Wagers, or Prize Pools

Gold Standard Dynasty is strictly a software provider for entertainment purposes. The Services do not host, manage, facilitate, or enforce any financial wagers, entry fees, or prize distributions.

• Private financial arrangements, cash leagues, and side-bets organized independently by users outside of the platform are strictly prohibited from using the platform's infrastructure for enforcement
• Users may not represent platform settings, standings, messages, commissioner tools, or league records as an official payment, wager, prize, or collection mechanism
• Users engage in any external financial pool entirely at their own legal risk, and Gold Standard Dynasty maintains zero liability for third-party user conduct

5.1 Fees

Standard platform fee:

$12.99 per league

Additional fees may apply for premium software features. Platform fees are not wagers, contest entry fees, prize-pool contributions, or payments that create any right to winnings.

5.2 Subscriptions

Some features require a recurring subscription. Subscription details, billing intervals, and renewal terms will be disclosed at purchase.

5.3 Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

5.4 Chargebacks

Chargebacks may result in account suspension, termination, or permanent bans.

Gold Standard Dynasty is a software platform for entertainment and league management only. The Services do not provide gambling, betting, wagering, real-money contest, escrow, collection, payment enforcement, or prize distribution services.

Any attempt to use the Services to organize, track, collect, pressure, adjudicate, or enforce an external financial pool, wager, side-bet, cash league, or prize distribution is prohibited and may result in account or league termination.

All software, content, scoring systems, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and platform features are the exclusive property of Gold Standard Dynasty, LLC.

Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the Services without written authorization.

Users retain ownership of content they submit (e.g., team names, messages, league settings).

By submitting content, you grant Gold Standard Dynasty, LLC a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, process, and use such content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, availability, or results, including fantasy scoring or data integrity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gold Standard Dynasty shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding twelve (12) months.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or legal non-compliance.

Users may close accounts at any time. We may retain limited data as required for legal or security purposes.

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.

Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
